Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We have configured the property so that Google truncates IP addresses before storage, which is automatic in GA4 and cannot be disabled. Data may be processed in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

GA4 is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 set to "denied" by default. No analytics cookies are written and no behavioral identifiers are sent until you actively give your consent in the consent dialog.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites at any time by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a service operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). The Pixel lets us measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, attribute conversions (such as booking a demo) to those ads, and build audiences so we can show more relevant ads to people who have visited this site.

The Pixel is loaded with consent revoked by default — no Meta cookies are written and no events (including the initial page view) are sent until you actively give your consent in the consent dialog. When you consent, a page view and, where applicable, interaction events (for example clicking a "Book a Demo" button, starting or submitting a contact form) are transmitted to Meta.

Meta may process this data in the United States; transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. For the data Meta processes for its own purposes, CanMe GmbH and Meta act as joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR.

You can manage how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Facebook/Instagram ad-preference settings (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences), and you can withdraw consent here at any time using the reset action below.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a service of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). It lets us measure the effectiveness of our advertising on LinkedIn, attribute conversions (such as booking a demo or requesting a whitepaper) to those ads, and build audiences of people who have visited this site so we can show them relevant ads on LinkedIn. LinkedIn also provides us with aggregated reports about our visitors (for example job function, industry or company size); we never see individual visitors.

The tag is not loaded at all until you actively consent to marketing in the consent dialog — LinkedIn offers no way to load it without setting cookies. Once you consent, the tag records your page views and, where applicable, conversion events, sets the first-party cookies li_fat_id, li_giant and li_adsId on this site, and LinkedIn sets its own cookies (bcookie, lidc, li_gc, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory, li_sugr) on linkedin.com. When you arrive from a LinkedIn ad, the click identifier in the link (li_fat_id) is stored for up to 30 days so that a later conversion can be attributed to that ad.

LinkedIn may process this data in the United States; transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. For the data LinkedIn processes for its own purposes, LinkedIn is an independent controller.

You can opt out of LinkedIn's ad personalisation in your LinkedIn settings (https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out), and you can withdraw consent here at any time using the reset action below.

OpenAI Pixel (advertising in ChatGPT)

We use the OpenAI Pixel, the conversion-measurement tool for advertising in ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI Ireland Ltd (1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, Ireland) for users in the European Economic Area. It lets us measure whether visitors who clicked one of our ads in ChatGPT later booked a demo, requested a whitepaper or subscribed to our newsletter, and lets OpenAI optimise the delivery of those ads.

The pixel is not loaded at all until you actively consent to marketing in the consent dialog. Once you consent, it records page views and conversion events and sets the first-party cookies __oppref (the ad click identifier, when you arrive from a ChatGPT ad; up to 30 days), __obref (a browser reference) and __oaiq_consent (your consent state) on this site. Withdrawing your consent stops the pixel immediately.

OpenAI may process this data in the United States; transfers are based on the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent here at any time using the reset action below.

Plausible Analytics (cookieless)

For privacy-friendly, aggregate website statistics — such as page views, referrers and countries — we use Plausible Analytics, an EU-based service (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia). Plausible does not use cookies, does not store or read any information on your device, and does not collect personal data or track you across websites or over time.

Because it stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you, Plausible does not require consent under § 25 (2) TTDSG and runs on every visit, including when you reject the optional categories above. We list it here purely for transparency.
